Services

A periodical maintenance (30-50 hours of riding or once a year) is essential to keep your suspension working properly and avoid premature wear of internal parts. To unlock the full potential of your motorcycle, it is strongly advised to have us personalise your suspension to properly fit your weight and riding style/application. Let us help you find what you need.

Recommended Maintenance

Complete disassembly

We completely disassemble your forks and shock to insure we never miss anything.

Cleanup

We clean and shine every little part. Big parts go in our special industrial parts cleaner to remove all the dirt stains. Smaller and more delicate parts are hand washed.

Inspection

We inspect all bits and pieces for any wear marks. This is where real suspension professionals like us can see things your local general mechanic can’t and save you big bucks in the long run.

Rebuild with new oil and seals

We rebuild your suspension with our high quality oil and new OEM quality NOK seals. SKF Low friction seals are in stock and available.

Wear parts if needed

If our inspection reveals any damages, we will call you and explain the situation and available solutions. You will then be able to make a clear decision on how much money you want to spend.

Personalization

Includes recommended maintenance

To be able to revalve your suspension, we need to completely disassemble your suspension. So we take the opportunity to do a complete maintenance with new oil and seals.

Valving modification

For air forks or conventional spring suspension, front and rear, your hydraulic valving setup controls how your suspension will react. By changing the valving setup, we can control how your suspension performs in different situations. This is how we can adjust it to soak up a rock garden in first gear or to handle a gigantic supercross whoops section.

Spring replacement

Having the proper spring rate is the base of a well performing suspension. Whether you weigh 130lbs or 250lbs, your motorcycle rolls out of the dealer floor with the same springs installed. Considering the sometimes very stiff or other times very soft spring rates manufacturers often decide to use, it becomes extremely important to make sure you have the right springs for your weight and riding style.

Never let your suspension limit your ride.
